Dear Respected Members, Esteemed Colleagues and My Professional Family,

It is a great honour and privilege for me to serve as the President of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association. I sincerely thank all the respected members of the Association for placing their trust and confidence in me.

The Dhaka Taxes Bar Association has a long-standing tradition of professionalism, integrity, knowledge and dedication to the field of taxation and law. Our Association has always played an important role in protecting the professional interests of tax practitioners while contributing to the development of a fair, transparent and effective tax system in Bangladesh.

As President, my foremost commitment is to work for the welfare, dignity and professional development of all members of our Association. I believe that a strong professional association is built through unity, mutual respect, transparency and collective responsibility.

Our profession is continuously evolving with changes in tax laws, regulations, technology and the overall economic environment. Therefore, we must continuously improve our knowledge and skills. We will encourage regular seminars, workshops, training programmes and knowledge-sharing initiatives so that our members can remain updated with the latest developments in taxation and related laws.

At the same time, we will strive to maintain a constructive relationship with the National Board of Revenue (NBR) and other relevant authorities, while presenting the legitimate concerns and professional interests of our members in a responsible and effective manner.

I firmly believe that knowledge, integrity and unity are the foundations of a strong professional community. Let us work together to uphold the dignity of our profession, promote tax compliance, support our members and contribute to the economic development of our country.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all former Presidents, General Secretaries, office bearers and members whose dedication and contributions have strengthened the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association over the years. Their experience and achievements will continue to inspire us.

With the cooperation, support and valuable guidance of all our members, I am confident that we can take the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association to a new level of excellence and professionalism.
